Discord support hasn't responded in 17 days now about disabled account.
I found a server on Disboard that was endangering minors and joined in order to get the server ID and report it. The server got taken down, but so did my 6 year old account for having been in the server TO REPORT IT. It has been 17 days now with no response from support about this. I messaged both of Discords Twitter accounts and was told that it had been forwarded to trust and safety, but they never did such a thing because the only reply I got back was telling me to make a new ticket with trust and safety. This app is a joke.

I feel you, man.
My account has been unfairly disabled recently as well, but the thing with me is that they DO respond, but it's just some automated message telling me the punishment was fair when it wasn't. All we can do is complain and let Discord know their problems. Unless they hear us, there's nothing me and you can do.3 -
I got my account back :)

Nice man! I'm not sure if I might get mine though, so wish me good luck if you're nice lol

I got extremely lucky, most people dont get their accounts back. Just keep replying to your ticket once they say they wont reinstate your account, you could open a new one in hopes of getting someone else but its better to just keep replying every time they close the ticket. I was honestly checking every 10 mins because they kept closing it, even after a few seconds after me replying. After a day of this back and forth I finally got it back

DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS GONNA RAISE MY CHANCES BY A LOT

Np! If you haven't already gotten the "we will not reinstate your account" message dont make more tickets or replies till you do cuz it bumps you to the back of the queue, good luck man you just gotta be persistent

Oof way too late for that. I made like 6 tickets bc I did NOT know what to do. They marked every single one as solved/said that they won't reinstate it. I didn't reply to any of them once it was said. Do you think that will lower my chances or does it make them higher?

If you reply to one of the closed tickets you might have some luck, just keep replying every time they close them. I wouldn't reply to more than one though

I currently have 2 open appeal tickets. Is that bad or should I reply to more?

It's unfortunate that despite your good intentions to report a server endangering minors, your account was mistakenly disabled. Discord's Trust and Safety team is responsible for reviewing and taking action on such reports. However, response times and resolutions can vary depending on the complexity of the case and the volume of reports they receive. Regards

I encountered a distressing situation on a popular social media platform. While browsing through the platform, I came across a user who was promoting harmful content and engaging in illegal activities. Concerned about the safety of others, I decided to join the user's group to gather evidence and report it to the platform's support team. Fortunately, the group was eventually taken down, but to my surprise, my account, which I have had for over five years, was also suspended in the process.

Just make an appeal to your account by creating a ticket, and tell them about how you were falsely disabled.
It should be all good from there.0 -
Discord's Trust and Safety team is responsible for investigating reports and taking appropriate actions. It's possible that due to the high volume of reports they receive, there might be delays in their response time. I recommend being patient and following up with a new ticket specifically addressed to the trust and safety team of chic, as suggested by the reply you received.

Who are you? A Discord support employee? You should know by now that there have been cases of staff randomly closing tickets with no explanation. That most of the time explains the long wait time for a response.

I recently came across a server on Discord that was promoting harmful content and engaging in inappropriate behavior. Concerned about the well-being of users, especially minors, I decided to join the server to gather evidence and report it to Discord's trust and safety team. However, to my surprise, my account, which I have had for several years, was suspended soon after joining the server for the sole purpose of reporting it.

It's possible that there may have been a miscommunication or oversight in the previous response you received. It's important to remember that addressing reports and inquiries can take time, especially in cases involving sensitive and serious matters. I recommend being patient and persistent in reaching out to Discord's support channels to ensure your concerns are properly addressed.

May I ask something about the ticket, please? They keep my Ticket marked as solved but my problem isn't solved. My account is disabled what should I do? Should I make more Tickets or wait for them?

You're able to reply to the same ticket they close, so just keep doing that until you hopefully get a response.

Greetings everyone, I recently encountered a distressing situation on Discord and wanted to report a server that was endangering minors. In order to gather evidence and report the server, I joined it briefly to obtain the server ID. Fortunately, the server was taken down as a result of my report. However, I am now facing a major issue: unblock someone on pof from iphone my 6-year-old Discord account has been suspended for simply being in the server for reporting purposes. It has been 17 days since this occurred, and I have yet to receive any response from Discord support regarding the matter.

Sometimes, support emails may get filtered into the spam or junk folders of your email account. Double-check those folders to ensure that the response hasn't been misdirected. Follow up politely: Send a follow-up email to Discord support, reiterating your issue and mentioning the lack of response. Politely request an update or a resolution to your disabled account situation. Make sure to include any relevant information such as your account details or any previous communication you had with them. Seek alternative support channels: In addition to email support, Discord may have other support channels available, such as a help center, community forums, or social media accounts. Consider mampi, towela reaching out through those channels to see if you can get a faster response or additional assistance. Contact Discord via social media: Try reaching out to Discord's official social media accounts (such as Twitter) and politely explain your situation. Sometimes, companies are more responsive on social media platforms and may be able to escalate your issue or provide further guidance. ....

My account has been hacked since June 27 and I have not gotten any reply what so ever even after opening and responding to more tickets. I gave them the website, the files, everything and they won't even respond to me. Lovely service they have where they just let their users get banned and hacked left and right and pretty much protect these illegal servers and hackers to do what they please on the site while people trying to report it get punished. Great job discord, I hope you get a competitor who actually cares so you guys need to pick up your slack.

It is frustrating to experience a lack of response from Discord support regarding a disabled account for 17 days. Waiting for such an extended period can leave users feeling helpless and anxious about the status of their account. While support teams handle a high volume of requests, a response delay of this length is concerning. To address the issue, consider double-checking the email address provided, checking spam folders, and resubmitting the request if necessary. Additionally, explore alternative communication channels like social media or community forums to inquire about the disabled account. Be polite and persistent in follow-up messages, expressing your concern for a resolution. As the situation persists, it's crucial to remain patient while seeking answers and hope for a timely response from Discord support and more information visit.

Love how all these accounts acting like Discord support keep showing up here. Never posted anywhere else, canned responses, and links that take you to sketchy websites. The one above takes you to a sign up for a night club. Honestly if Discord can't even manage and monitor their support forms, how are they meant to manage the safety of their own users. This is just disappointing and frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a response from Discord support for 17 days regarding your disabled account. This is certainly an unusually long wait time, and I understand how frustrating it must be.
I recommend trying to reach out to them again through different channels if possible, such as their official social media accounts or community forums of canada. Additionally, double-checking that you are using the correct contact information can also be helpful.
If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know.

Noah Paul is just one of those scammer account that send you to random places. Like I said before, Discord can't even manage this form, let alone their actual application. Sorry to tell you this Lyanza

What they recommend is only putting in one ticket and then waiting a month, but I am unsure if that will actually do anything…
