Show the latest pinned message underneath the channel name

Hello there!

I would like to suggest something to contribute on improving the Discord. So let me explain my suggestion:

We are sometimes pinning the important messages which are quite important ones, especially on kind of #support channels on most of crowded guilds that gives support to people, for those who asks for a solution for a known issue. But the point of suggesting this is having the latest pinned message is featured, which should be underneath the channel name and that are more important and are needs to be known in particularly by the people who constantly asks for the answer that's already given in pinned message.

That featured latest pinned message could be shown in some sort of red color to make it remarkable, you know. Or there could be an attention sentence something like "Are you interested in this information?" or "Would you like to know about this pinned message?". If the pinned message is including so much information, the featuring system does not have to include all information, though. There could be an option for users to expand the text in there, or there could be a button which can forward people to pinned messages and make that said message apparent.
