Reply Feature Notifications

The reply feature is generally pretty neat, but too many people either forget to turn off the ping, or don't even realise it'll ping the person they reply to at all, so please set it to OFF by default. Also while we're at it, the ability to select specific bits of the message we want to reply to would be pretty neat too.
