Safer Servers and Communities

I've come up with idea for Safer Discord Servers and Communities.

What if users who are not your friends and who have ability to change or delete channels couldn't do that without server owner's permission?

I know many servers in Discord been griefed. I was griefed several times, too.

This would help many people.
