User created sub text channels inspired by forum based chat(mock up screen shot included)

Let's say you have a question may not be answered right away current tech support channels or major talk topics you can have people stepping their toes example.

User a: I have an issue with my doom mods *shows long error longs*
*long wait no one replies*
user b: *very simple issue that a quick google could fix
long chat for user B uses issues A topic is forgotten and lost in the chats

When to click the topics it opens a chat if you send a message it will bump it to the top of the channel

examples of use:

-commission queue
-tech support channel
-trello like a checklist
-RP channels groups
-announcement discussions
