Standardize all unicode emoji characters in every Discord version

I would like to suggest the standardization of all unicode emoji characters (same design/image for all platforms), including the correction of bugs on emojis like 👁️ which shows incorrectly in Discord PC.

With this, all Discord versions would have the same emoji design and we would be able to customize our servers even more.
