Feature - blacklist servers from being able to add my bot

Hello,

I feel there should be a feature where I could input a Server ID to a blacklist and then my bot would be unable to join that server. I understand I could make a blacklist in my bot code, though I would rather not have these malicious servers using up any of my server resources.

  Listen to your libraries guild join event, then immediately leave the server. Next to zero resources wasted on that server.
