unable to save image preview

Hi there, I have someone within a discord sevrer who is unable to save or copy images shared within the server and within Dm's he gets the following message 'unable to save image preview' 
Any advice on how to resolve this please?

  Ok So I Have Had This Problem Before All You Need To Do Is Install Discord PTB. Beware It Can Be Very Unstable But It Helps The Problem https://discordapp.com/api/download/ptb?platform=win
