New notification feature

A new update to the mentions system. This update would allow a notification to be sent off whenever you are pinged in a server. I know there is already a way to do this however for people like me who are nearly at the 100 server limit, going through every server and changing the mention settings takes just too much time. So I thought of a new feature that allows you to only receive notifications when someone pings you in a server or you receive a direct message. Discord already has the features to do this they just need to implement it so that you don’t have to manually go through every server. If you agree or disagree, please say so!
