Message Seen icon near messages

Hello  Tehcooler again just giving some idea. You know how there is on Facebook that little icon which indicates if the user sees the message or not? If it would be possible, could it be add it to discord if it's possible? I have a lot of ideas but This seems for me the most normal idea.
