Theme changing on misc. pages, such as the Terms of Service page

Since my previous post was passed off as "buyable nitro themes", which is not what that was about, and I only just found out, I'm going to clarify here since it's locked.

All I'm asking for is the ability to change to dark theme on things like the Terms of Service page for easier reading. Normally, the background there is stuck being white, and it can strain the eyes after a while.

I'm also questioning *how* my previous post was mistaken like that. Any clarification could be helpful. Thanks in advance. (PS: I'm not sure if I put this in the right topic. Feel free to move it if it isn't.)
