GIF emojis & reduce motion on IOS.

Pleaseeee give us the ability to use gif emojis with reduced motion on, the animations that get disabled when I put reduced motion on my phone gives me a headache. However to even get use out of my nitro I have to remove it, please make this feature change or something. :(
