Discord’s customer service is horrible.

Customer service rep Erwin was horrible. Instead of solving my problem, the conversation ended with me terminating my nitro subscription and demanding a refund for the month. At this point, screw this account I guess? I can’t join any discord channels but I can if I make a new account. No incentive to subscribe to premium services. Garbage customer service as well as my account is still literally broken.

  I can't login, can't cancel my account and open a new one because of my email is registered, deleted the app and reinstalled, pls help.....!!!
