Mobile Screen Sharing Improvement

I looked into screen sharing on mobile, and it's awful. Apparently, you need a role to allow it. Why? If it's still being worked on, sure, but it's not required on PC, and the FAQ page said nothing about why it needs it at all. Can that be changed, and if it's planned, why wasn't that stated?
