Client sending malformed HTTP requests over the network.
Not sure why this happens but seems Discord client (for Microsoft Windows) is sending malformed HTTP requests over the network during it's update check which would either alert or upset some proxies/firewall which would cause it unable to update and login.
An error example replied from proxy is like:
