Make it optional to disable push notifications for larger servers

I'm part of a learning server that takes part I'm many discussions, calls and classes and it's recently after getting over the 2.5k member number that disables the push notifications for people. I've been finding this extremely frustrating as I find myself missing many interesting conversations and calls because I didn't get any notifications from them. I find myself having to constantly check myself to make sure I'm not missing anything important. As well as that, even though there is over 2.5k members, only around 30 of them are active. Nobody else talks at all, except another 20 which pop up now and then regularly. It'd be great if we could be given the option to have the notifications switched off for larger servers, especially for those who are active on them and haven't computers to access them.
