Ability to do short vocal messages

It would be like 1 or 2 minutes long and you could hold a button with a mic on text chat or pivate messages to do them and you could toggle it on servers with perms, simple and awesome to me and more precisely for people who just uses discord with friends and not specially for gaming (but i do use it for gaming :3)
