Reaction borders are broken

I can't figure out how to remove the borders from reactions and got no help from support. Please help

  Ok, so great news!
  This is part of Discord's recent update. That's right. The borders are a UI change, in the update, that you can't remove.
  There are a lot of people meming on how bad new update looks, and a lot of requests to change it back, so with any luck, the awful-looking UI will be reverted.
