Discord Managing accounts getting hacked

Recently my discord account has been hacked and first thing that stood out to me was they process reports faster than hacked accounts, basically my i got token logged probably from something i downloaded and ran I'm not quite sure and the hacker was able to so easily change my email no verification or nothing and even on my email most sites like google you have a button you can click to secure your account if this was not you but on discord you have to go and file another request??? honestly this should have a rework and make it so its more secure and its easy to revert email resets not made by you more easily rather than filing a report and not getting back a response after 24h i do understand discord is a big company but they process REPORTS faster than this and i am kind of frustrated on the security and i do understand me getting hacked is my fault aswell but i just feel like there security needs and upgrade

I understand, but mistakes happen and i feel as if account hacking is a normal thing in this day and age and they should be more suited to handle it.
