When the Discord profile is right-clicked, the Report feature appears in the pop-up section.

There are millions of people using Discord, among them malicious discord bots and people who use discord maliciously. Reporting them from the profile details section of the discord will greatly prevent bad people and bad bots, and the security for discord will increase drastically. I don't know if it can be done for now, but it is very important to have it on a big platform like discord when such reports are available even in the game.

  I think this is a great idea. There is no report button for users as of now, but I think it neeeds to be implemented so that we can report ToS breakers right from the client.
