Profile Banners Customization

Hey! It would be really cool if the new profile banners, you could change without nitro. Like you can change it to a solid color without nitro but everything else is with nitro. This can just make people happy so they are not stuck with the color they are given.

  I've been thinking about this for quite a while. It would be awesome to have that kind of feature!

  How about that everyone could change their profile banners (No, not just changing the solid colors of it). And Discord Nitro users are able to place in their own animated banner on their profile (Yes, I'm taking this idea from Animated Profile Picture).
