Feature Request - Allow a pinned message to pop up as an announcement in a channel.

Pinned messages are a great way to get information to members but often times they go unread because no one checks them. 

It would be nice if you could choose one pin per channel that will pop up like an announcement when you enter that channel - whether its the channel rules, new changes, etc. And you can only submit in the channel once you've read and acknowledged it.

  Hmmm, Seems like a nice idea, I could make this into a bot, such as the pin would be set, you run a command, and whenever someone says their first message in that certain channel it would tell them to look at pins or something. Sound good?
