Black scroll bar on black background

One thing I find extremely irritating is the black scroll bar on a black background screen, making it impossible to find on the screen. Also today's trend of very narrow scroll bar with no top and bottom button's to scroll is what I find beyond frustrating as many mouse's have what I call poor smooth scrolling which is why I prefer the button's, why is it, there is always some jackass who has to reinvent the wheel when it's not broken, change for the sake of change is a pointless excesses. Like I was taught in my IT classes use the KISS principle, Keep It Simple S***id.
