discord server has a racism without the rule against it

Dear discord Moderators, I have found a Russian community server that doesn't use the rule against racism and as a result, people use different nicks with the n-word and mean nicks about Jewish and anarchism. please consider keeping an eye on that server, Because it's not supposed to be that way!!!!   That is ridiculous and so sad... why do they even do that and why does discord is keeping that server alive? I'm disgusted.
