Owner of Community server wont transfer ownership whilst not being affliated

Hi,

I help run a Community Discord for a Subreddit about a rare genetic disease. recently we've have many problems with the owner, who isn't affliated with the subreddit. We (people are affiliated, included subreddit mods) have asked him to transfer ownership to another admin/ co-owner who is affliated with the subreddit, and he has refused. he has since removed his "owner" role, but still wont transfer it to another person.

I am wondering how I can get the owner transfered to another member who is affliated with the subreddit.

Your best way to approach this is to submit a request here:

and explain in detail the entirety of the situation
