Phone number timeout

I accidentally verified my phone number on two accounts. I then removed my phone number from these two accounts. Now I can't login to my main account. What should I do ?

  Hello,

  If you receive the Invalid Phone Number message when you are trying to complete your verification, it could be for the following reasons: VOIP, Burner/Prepaid, and Landline numbers can not be used to complete verification. You must use a mobile number to verify.

  and if you sure to enter correct mobile number but still have issue then please go to customer support and share your concern.

  Yeah, I I have gone through this entire Phone verification 'jump a loop', then removed the number again (as I think it's not really a security addition) Now I have a timeout telling me the number has been used on another account already.
  I actually wonder how entering a new cellphone number in any way can verify a existing users identity.
  A warning about timeouts and their duration might be nice too?
  What if I have to change my phone number (for any reason)?
