recover deleted group chats and dms

There should be a place where your deleted dms and group chats are and you have the option to recover them. You would only be able to recover a group chat that you owned last/were the last one to leave before it got deleted forever.

  Not a bad idea, but it might use a bit of resources for Discord if they wanted to do this for everyone (as if they didn't have enough resources in the first place).
