Let people choose background colour
This is fairly simple, let people change the background and text colour so I can do something like making the background dark black with light grey text since its easier for me to read. Let people change it to anything they want.

yes, please. I'm a big fan of customization. I know you want your company to be recognizable on screenshots on the web but who wouldn't love a petrol-blue Discord logo or a completely black background or maybe even the ability to use pictures as backgrounds (I need this tbh)? Customization is everything.
tell your staff to read this, if you don't, Wumpus sucks. >:C
