Support has not responded for several days about age policy.

For some reason my account was banned due to violation of the age policy, however, I have been entitled to use it for a long time. It's strange that they just blocked me now and not 6 years ago. I ended up applying, waiting 3 days and never getting a response. Maybe they have a lot of requests, or maybe the reason is something else. Who knows please help.
