Discord account got banned for no reason. (Discords fault, and they are just ignoring me)

Hello, i was writing in a server and i sent my own phone number in a server a whatsapp picture. You can clearly see its my number. Somebody reported and wrote ,,Hahahaha" and sent a picture with a report message. I said to him its my own phone number, he said you will get banned. I got banned after few days ago and im very angry. Because discord is not looking good to that picture and read the chat. I wrote to the support and they are ignoring me. I have very importants chats and i want my account back. I have acces to this phone number i can write back and proof its my phone number. So Please help help i need it back.
