Stream closing instantly

Hey there,

im confused about the streaming feature and its permissions.
We already do have a discord server with around 15.000 people on it.

At around spring last year everything was fine on our setup.
We do have a category called "Support" and also some channels in it
like "Support 1", "Support 2 and so on (up to sup7).
We have a waiting room which is open to the public.
The channels themselves where set to hidden and are therefore not visible
to the users.
It works great for a long time!

In the past, we experienced some strange behavior.
Users cant start streaming in it, beforehand it worked like a charm.
We did not to any permissions changes to the group nor the channel.
As soon as we set the permission to view the channel and start activities its
back working but we don't want the users to see the channels.

The user is able to start the stream, so he sees the button but it closes after about two seconds by itself.

Anything you guys know here?
