No one respond to my hacked account request.

I submitted a ticket on July 17, for my hacked discord account for my other email. I am making a new email because I still haven’t got a respond by a discord employee, it was only Clyde. It said to give us details of what do you think what happened. I replied and told them, but still haven’t gotten a reply. How long does it take to respond to a gmail about my account getting hacked.
