Verification and banning

I was in the middle of playing survive the killer yesterday evening when all of a sudden I was kicked from the experience, with a notification, which I have attached. It said to appeal the default on here, but I am unable to get verified nor can I submit a request because I there isn’t anywhere to type anything. I am so confused and I as banned when I had never said or did anything. Was only on for 5-8 mins. The warning said to go here to appeal but I am getting nowhere. I need help with this as I think someone in the server did it because they were mad for me killing them. I just want to be able to play again. Please help me so I can appeal this.
