Discord support is useless

Ive recently been signed out of my account by discord and was asked to log back in but now im locked out cause i no longer have my verification codes and my backup codes were on my old pc that ended up getting damaged so now i have no way of accessing my main account. The support team helped my friend regain access to his account but wont help me regain access to mine? Not only did they say they can't help but they told me to go make a new account as if im suppose to just forget about all the online friends ive made and all the messages, memories and severs im in. Very disappointing
