Let me hide messages of other people

Sometimes you can have people post stuff that you might not like or want to keep seeing.

For example, someone posts a gif that is flashy or annoying. It could be something that is not rule breaking so mods wont remove them or bad enough to block the author.

This would be similar to what WhatsApp does with the `Delete for me` feature.
