Discord is not responding to my emails and my account is going to delete my account

for a week I have been emailing Discord to get my account back. Genuinely I have been using that account for years and never had an issue with the platform until now. I provided screenshots and messaged literally every social known to man. They do not respond to my ticket but when I use an alt account to reach out their bots immediately respond to them. I'm honestly sick of this support team and the fact I have to panic about my account being deleted soon while no one is helping me is disgusting. If there's a staff member here then for god's sake help me.
