Tickets.
I'm sick and tired of these tickets. some person who doesn't want to do their job is closing my tickets without helping me. ive been spending hours trying to get my account not disabled after it was disabled. zero information was sent to me so i have zero clue what happened to it.

have you tried calling their HQ or operator?

Alex, do you have a number i can used to call them? i could not find anything online. maybe in not looking in the right spot?
