Feature of combining headers, code blocks and custom emojis

Hello!

I would like to propose a suggestion to improve the visual presentation of messages in Discord when combining headers, code blocks, and custom emojis. Currently, the appearance of custom emojis in such combinations does not work. 

My suggestion is when by combining custom emojis in headers and code blocks, work. This would create a broader look for the messages, improving the overall aesthetic.

By implementing custom emoji functionality with code and header blocks, We would have the opportunity to express ourselves creatively while maintaining a consistent viewing experience. This improvement would help create a more pleasant environment for informational messages.
