Who conceived this heinous UI? If it must stay, give us a legacy option at least.
Excuse my frustration, but my standards are high with the past UI we've had. Whoever decided to transform it into this monstrosity should maybe start thinking of a way to provide users with a “legacy” option. Discord had a reputation for its UI in the past; the ease of access, subfolder organization, and profile customization options. We've come a long way. This tab system that separates the messages, servers, etc. is honestly so overdone. It's like a metaphor for confusing yourself.

Completely agree. Soon as the update rolled out I cancelled my Nitro subscription. I liked Discord because it's familiar and user friendly. It is now user unfriendly and unfamiliar.

100% agree with this, this is an awful thing to take out the ability to use the old UI at least is even worse when there was a promise to keep the old UI for the “forseeable future” I guess the forseeable future wasn't that far….
