EmojiSelectorPanel’s scrolling issue

If you are scrolling up in the Emoji selection panel and scroll in the opposite direction, the selection panel itself will scroll and the scrolling in the selection panel will be reset.

Please address this issue, as it becomes very troublesome when trying to select from a large number of emoji🥺
