Embedded URL previews should keep #fragments

When posting any URL in a text channel, the automatic embedded preview always disregards the optional “fragment” part of the URL that comes after #.

The original URL is only opened when clicking on the message text itself. I believe this to be a violation of RFC 3986.

From my observations, this causes confusion with, for example, Wikipedia articles or files uploaded to MEGA.
