READ THIS IF YOU'RE GETTING DISABLED.
If you're being disabled for spam, contact Discord Support and hope they activate your account. Once your account is reactivated, LOGIN ON THE WEB (NOT THE DESKTOP APP), and leave all servers. This worked for me.

They show that my account appeal is solved but when I try to login It says “Your Account is Disabled”.
