Hide suspicious posts until a moderater approved it

For example:

A new user joins and immediately posts a link. This post would first be hidden and the server moderators get informed about a suspicious post. Then they have the option to either approve the post and make it visible for everyone or decline it and it will be deleted.

How it could look like:

Moderation > Safety Setup > Add Rule

Hide Text / Link / Embed Message if a user…

…has less than x posts on this server

…user account age is below D:M:Y

…user is on the server for less than x days

It's a common feature on sites like Twitch, Reddit and co. and really helps with moderating a community.
