If your case is closed do that...
If your case has a "closed" status, do the following.
1. Make sure you answer all the system questions that Discord requires to meet their criteria. You can see the questions in desktop view of the page (if you are on a phone) or PC/Laptop.
2. If you have completed step 1 and receive an unsatisfactory answer, do not open a new ticket, but simply reply to them into the same ticket. So, it will be Open again.

I tried that, for a lot of days maybe a week. I got tired of constantly replying and getting it marked as solved constantly every hour. so, I took a break for many days. After that, I tried replying to it again it wont “Open” no matter what I do.
I created another ticket then after I got the same bot response about account not being reinstated and stuff and marked as solved. Tried to reply to it again to open it up asking for further review and tried to plead and sincerely appeal but after I have replied it is still remained as “solved” no matter what I do unless I create another ticket

Yep, I did everything that you mentioned but I tried to reply to it again after taking a break for a few days. But after replying it is still marked as “Solved” and won't “Open” anymore. So I created another ticket, a few days goes by another automated bot tells me the same thing as in your screenshot and now when I try to reply to appeal and ask for a human instead of it being set to “Open” it is still marked as “Solved”

did your issue ever get resolved? I got token logged n a scammer did the same thing to my account. been waiting for about 2 weeks without any response from discord except a message that they have received my appeal and the ai responses you have shown. Its very worrying because my discord means so much to me i lost all my connected accounts, gifs, friends, chatlogs. its horrible
