An option to not sync accessibility settings between mobile and pc

I have alot of animated emoji's on my discord because I have nitro but eveytime I open the emoji thing on my phone it lags alot and freezes the only way to fix this is turning of emoji animations but I find it really annoying that if syncs with my pc because I would like to be able to have them animated on my pc but not on my phone so it won't lag the whole time. could you add an option to not sync those settings between devices surely it can't be that difficult
