[Suggestion] Role Permissions: Auto-mod

Separate the permissions categories such as “Manage Server” to allow more customization to what roles can manage what within a server.

Automod is a frequent pressure point within the server as we use it to manually filter out specific problems such as vulgar language bypasses as we are a PG community. Due to the nature of the “manage server” permission, the owner of the server is reluctant to give it so freely as he isn't keen on people being able to change the bones of the server structure which is fully understandable - however, we all agree that mods being able to update and create automod rules is something which would be beneficial.

I came here to make this same post.

Currently, the ability to manage Auto Mod requires you grant Manage Server permissions to a role. In a perfect world, a server might want their Moderators (or a subset of their Moderators) to be able to manage and update Auto mod without giving them the ability to change the server's settings, Moderation level permissions should be broken out so that they can be granted independent of server management.
