Please move the Channels & Roles menu back to the top of the channel list
This is a really frustrating change as a server owner. Previously, the community Channels & Role list was located at the top of the server's channel list, both on desktop and mobile. Nestled right under the server guide, I found this an easy place to be able to direct new members towards to grab new roles.
Within the past couple of days, on the Discord mobile app this option has moved to the bottom of the channels list in all servers that have it. As an admin this is annoying because not only is it inconsistent with the desktop version, it's tucked into a much more out of the way section of the channel list, in a place where most server members won't see or look at it. It also just feels strange to have it separated from the Server Guide, as they're both part of Onboarding.

I hope Discord can re-consider this and revert the placement of the Channels and Roles menu back to the top of the channel list.

I understand your frustration with the recent change to the Discord mobile app, especially as a server owner tasked with managing community Channels & Role lists. Having these options easily accessible is crucial for smooth onboarding of new members, and it's understandable why this shift to the bottom of the channel list could be seen as a step back in terms of user experience and functionality.
This inconsistency between desktop and mobile versions can indeed create unnecessary confusion, not just for you as an admin but also for new members trying to navigate through your server. It's essential for such features to be prominently placed, ensuring they are immediately noticeable by newcomers. The previous arrangement, with the community Channels & Role list right under the server guide, seemed intuitive because it grouped onboarding resources together.
While addressing this issue directly within the Discord platform might take some time, perhaps a temporary workaround could involve creating a pinned message or a dedicated channel at the top that includes directions to the now-lower-placed Channels & Role list. This could serve as a makeshift signpost directing members toward these essential tools.
Just like when navigating through changes or upgrades in software or apps, adjusting to alterations requires flexibility and sometimes even creative solutions—akin to how bills trailers adapt and provide tailored solutions in various contexts to meet specific needs.
Your feedback is valuable, and sharing it with Discord through their official forums or feedback channels could help highlight the importance of consistent UI elements across both versions of the app for all users. Hopefully, they'll take such input into consideration and work towards an update that positions crucial community management tools like Channels & Role lists more prominently again.
