does discord ask for money

so yesterday my account got temporary suspended the discord staff or moderator ask me to change the email and to get the suspension off he ask me for 150$ i dont know if i got scammed (cuz im stupid) or is this a new guideline
my account is back now but i dont have a way to log in back cuz he changed my email

does anybody have the same problem???
