And after I got my main discord acc and changed my current username(Jinrakuro) back to my Old Username(Shinraikou) and while updating it alongside adding extra layers of Security and 2FA~ (I still need to fix the damages from my main acc as Hacker was on my main discord acc scamming and hacking ppl through DMs right now)

BatHunter๐ฆ๐ง I feel like it was 3 Months for me? Since I got hacked on March 15th from the Discord Scam Trends that's been going around forever to now them recovered my main discord account on May 14th by reverting my main discord acc back to my original email I use when resetting the password to my main discord acc, while I left my phone at home to charge it up and getting WingStop for food after getting their notification coming home!

kreed yeah if you have any evidence and screenshot picture to submit of how your main discord account got hacked like finding from your email if you have the hacker making you change your email to theirs as make sure your ticket has the open status and update them from there

I want to ask. What do you write on your ticket besides telling about when you were scammed? Have you ever sent a ticket before being hit by this scam? What photos do you send in your ticket? Did you tell them what accounts are connected to your discord?ย

Kamilamiron17 Wowโฆ 20 Ticket!? Uhhโฆ you are not supposed to send that many tickets, as that'll push you back at the end of the queue, as Discord Support Team is known to have High Volume Level of Tickets and have Backlog to check the Tickets

I send a new ticket every time the last one got closed. Also, my first ticket is end with the bot reply about login with qr code and blablabla. So I always send a new ticket after that.ย

Hmm what I wrote on my Ticket is how I got scammed and hacked by Discord Scam Trends that has been going on for a while, as explaining the situation to Discord Support Team as mention the Date (and maybe time if you remember that) on how you got hacked and scammed in the first place as I think don't make it too long but short and detailed from what my friends have told me
As well as send screenshots and evidence from what you have with the hacker and put it in a zip folder.ย

And also have proof you are the original owner of your main account such as having your main discord username+number tag and User ID of your main discord acc And if the hacker has made you change your email to the hacker's email on your main discord account While getting an email notification of it, include that while showing the details of the email that says from, to and date.
I could send you what I wrote and have for the ticket I had if you have an alt discord acc or either twitter as it'll be easier to send you the screenshots of the ticket what I had from either discord or twitter there

it's been almost 5 months since my account was hacked and all discord support has given me is the bot replies, then they close the ticketโฆ ย I'm many tickets i now.. still no answers or even a single human response. ย one look at what has become of my account and they would knowโฆ ย ย you must have won the lottery sir.ย

Xionkai you are the single luckiest person on earth, discord been putting me on read for months and told me โthere is nothing we can doโ. account seems to have been deleted so screw me i guess. Discord support has been pure slime to me, treated me worse than the hacker.

Chucacabrawow Yeah, I'm surprised that they recovered my main discord acc after waiting for like 3 Months as being patient, when I had to leave my phone to charge up after have to go out somewhere and next get WingStop for food, as after coming home with Food to check if my phone is all charged up, I noticed the mail and then Discord Support Team managed to recovered my main discord acc as gave me an option to reset my password for a new one and quickly added extra layers of security and 2fa on my main acc so I don't get hacked againย
and rip that Discord Support Team for treating you like that there, must've been awful to deal with that tbh

Theultimatetd222 J E F F69 Hmmโฆ I'm not sure, how do I help with this but from my experience, I think if you have screenshots and evidence pics that when you got hacked and scammed by the hacker in discord, send them all that from what you have.

Have your main acc's discord username+tag alongside your main discord user ID as to show the proof alongside your main discord profile in screenshots that you are the owner of the main acc, as well as explaining the situation to discord support team on how you got hacked and scammed by the hacker in discord but as what my friend told me to keep it short and make it about you on how you got hacked in Discord.ย

And if the hacker has made you change your email into the hacker's email on your main discord acc when it got hacked, put Yes on the ticket section of Hacked Account โDid you receive an email from Discord explaining your account's associated email address was recently changed?โ and show them the emails of how they were able to change it if you have it in your email account.
And oh yeah, Be sure Do Not Send in alot of Tickets to Discord Support Team, that'll push the queue all the way back as they have high level vol tickets and they have backlog to check that as a friend of mine has told me about this even they are known to be slow so just be patient with them, and if you have the first ticket with the open status ticket, reply with the first ticket you have if it still has open status ticket there.
I maybe hope this helps ya both as I hope you can get your main discord acc back and recovered๐ค (as sorry for long wall of text there as it's a Habbit of mine lol)

Theultimatetd222 Hmm is that screenshot you sent have an Open Ticket Status there? As if it's still open and if you have anything submit that supports your main acc got hacked, submit that and just wait for the time being until they respond.

Xionkai is it necessary to file a ticket with the email on which my discord account was compromised? because i made this account (the one im using to comment) with another email which isnt related to my hacked account and made a ticket about it. i just wanted to ask if this wont affect anything right?

And if your ticket still has the open status ticket, reply to that open ticket you have as it doesn't push back the queue afaik!

baldi sorry for late reply was pretty busy there, but as long you told them the email you use to sign up and login to your discord acc before it got compromised, I think use your email that you use to login to your main discord acc to contact them if that's the answer your looking for

For the 2nd one, from my experience after I got my main acc back and checked the messages the hacker messed with and turns out they didn't delete the chat message I have with friends, but also the scam message that hacker used my main acc to scam ppl with in DMs which that was gross there.

Hey Xionkai I also could use some help or suggestions atleast my discord account was also hacked recently like 2 months ago during my birthday month basically and Iโve sent so many support tickets and discord support has not been helpful I keep getting same old responses from discord trust & safety and itโs starting to annoy me and Iโve also fell for a scam were someone falsely reported your acc and have to add the mod etc however I do have screenshots of convos with the hacker etc tho but idk what to do idk if Iโm like writing in my support ticket wrong which I think I am tho.
