Account creation and immediately disabled? HELP

Hello, 

This is not my first discord account. I created a new email, confirmed my phone number and email. When I went to go create a server, my account was already disabled. I can log in here, but not when trying to access my discord account. I have submitted a ticket but never seen this happen before. 

Has anyone else had this happen? How long does it take discord to fix it?
